Staff were so kind and helpful. The spacious rooms were my favorite! Would stay again. Better than photos!

During my recent stay in Rome for sightseeing, I found the hotel's central location to be extremely convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when my teenage daughter left her bag in a taxi - they went above and beyond to assist. Despite some minor inconveniences with the room decor and size, the value for money was good, and we appreciated the well-working air conditioning during the hot weather.

The location was convenient, but some areas needed updating. Beware of breakfast costs. Friendly staff helped with room changes. AC issues and construction were minor inconveniences. A mix of pros and cons but the room was cozy.

Really enjoyed the AC, the friendly staff, and the great location close to all the main sights. The room was comfy with a big bathroom and a brilliant hairdryer. The efficient and helpful staff even arranged a taxi for us to the airport. Just a tiny hiccup with the occasional toilet flushing issues, but overall, it didn't ruin our pleasant stay at all! 🏨

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the fact that fresh towels were provided daily. the spacious bathroom was a pleasant surprise, almost as big as the room itself! the hotel's location was a dream come true. Being centrally located, it was a breeze to explore the city by foot. We were just a stone's throw away from major attractions and had easy access to the Metro station. This convenience made our trip even more enjoyable.

We stayed at a hotel that was located down 5 flights of stairs but it was worth it. Right on the most happening street of the city, it was close to all the shops and within walking distance of many attractions. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with cable TV and a very effective Wi-Fi connection. The staff was dedicated, helpful, and always had a good sense of humor. We felt like we were staying with friends. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the service was impeccable.

The only downside was that there were building works taking place outside the hotel, which caused some noise during the day.
